'Extremely friendly front desk staff, small but well equipped hotel gym, small pool without shade, good breakfast sides but not my favorite egg dishes, free laundry machines with long term stays, nice room/suite, in a good part of town with lots close by. I really liked this place and would definitely return if I'm ever in that area.'

'The room was clean and cool. I loved the rooftop but it is hard to access as only one elevator goes up there and the wrong one comes often when you call them to go up. Also, propane was out in all of the table fire pits. Except one that went out after our first night. The pool firepit worked and was nice. Gym was cool and organized. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful from the front desk to Leo in housekeeping. I would stay again. Perfect location and area.'

'Prima plek in Downtown Phoenix met zeer vriendelijk en toeschietelijk personeel. Bar en restaurant zijn goed voorzien, maar natuurlijk wel prijzig. Duurzaamheid is “alles of niks” voor wat betreft het verzorgen van de kamers, dus als je alleen de koffie aangevuld wilt hebben krijg je de schone lakens en handdoeken erbij, wat natuurlijk niet nodig is. '
