'Included breakfast: bread and toaster. No condiments and nothing else except coffee. Nothing more. Bathroom tub and shower had big-time mold at every joint. In room air conditioner controls inoperative and produced noise just this side of the business end of a 737 engine of takeoff.'

'Joseph checked me in and from that moment called me by name. Very helpful, everything I ask he was happy and helpful. Others at the front desk were also helpful. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay cooks and staff were polite and helpful. I would like to have had dinner severed a little later. Rooms were nice and clean.'

'Pool was comfortable and clean. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was very good, wide selection. Parking was abundant. Room was comfortable, clean, but bathroom baseboard gad pieces missing with cracks and mesh type wire over it.'

'The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway. The walls are paper thin and...

'We stayed at this motel end of April. Despite the reviews leaving us optimistic about the stay ahead we were very much disappointed and disgusted... We stayed in room 203 (after assigned room 110 seemed to be occupied) and already when we arrived we saw two bugs crawling on the ground near the beds, of which one was a cockroach of 1/3". Having killed them we went to sleep confident that that would've been it, but no... We woke up two times in the night with bugs crawling on us. We couldn't sleep...

'Staff was very friendly. Rooms were lovely. Just be aware it's a bit noisy at night with the above ground subway system. '

'I loved the vibe and the architecture of the lobby and rooms. The restaurant was good for dinner. Centrally located. I wish the front desk guy was friendlier. He had an attitude which he should have left at home.'

'My room # 106 had roaches. I asked to change rooms. The mgr. Said ok to changing rooms. I had to go to my grandaughters birthday party and told them I wont be back till 1:30 to change rooms. When I got back to the office to change rooms, the front desk said they can't transfer me they gave away my room. I was disgusted! They then sprayed my room for roaches and I had to deal with the bug spray smell and my asthma.'

'Service was great - the only complaint I have is the parking, it’s forced valet and I think you can actually park yourself around the corner in a garage for cheaper. I would look into avoiding the $45/day valet if I stay here in the future. Otherwise, the location is amazing! '
