'Quaint but very clean 2 BR condo. King bed in 1 bedroom, Queen in the other. The owner was super nice and accomodating. 5 minute drive to the beach. Taxi available at entrance of complex at all times. A ton of avtivities close by. Only negative is that there was no hot water. I think the water tank outside is heated by the sun, but didn't warm it much. AM showers were a little chilly....but we managed ok...one day in the sun and it was actually refreshing.'

'Overall, this property met our needs. The location worked well for the golfers in the group and is close to the small shops in the Marina and the market in the shopping district. 'Tucked on a hillside overlooking Ixtapa, the villas are a peaceful spot to settle in to after your day at the beach. Most days started with the 4.5 km walk in to the main market area near the resorts , along a biking/walking pathway between Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. Cab rides home at nite typically cost 120 pesos , Rooms are spacious and beds were comfy king size. Owner and staff were quick to respond to any requests , including laundry if you’re staying longer.'

'Slight delay with check in but small error was fixed. Bikes were not fit for riding and that was one question we did not get answered and bikes were a reason we chose this property. 'La casa es bonita, tiene espacio para dos autos y una alberca limpia. También está bien equipada para poder cocinar, asar afuera el carbón y pasarla bien. Los cuartos, los baños y la cocina necesitan mantenimiento, las puertas de la recámara y el baño la planta baja se cierran con seguro por fuera y hay que llamar a al servicio para que las abra.
