« I would like to say the breakfast staff was amazing the Manager shows great pride in what he does. The front staff was very welcoming. The bar staff could use a little customer service from the other areas. When someone comes up to get a drink maybe smile a little bit when you ask if they are staying in this hotel before allowing them to order. Other than that the hotel was very clean and customer service was great! »

« We got there late and older woman was at the desk. I can’t say enough good about how kind and accommodating she was to my family. She even played with my toddler while getting us checked in. The whole vibe of the lobby is cozy and welcoming. Lots of guests sat on the couches and chairs just to congregate and watch tv together.
