The house has three floors in which the rooms are distributed as follows:

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with two double beds and the other with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a huge solarium terrace with a Jacuzzi, two barbecues and stunning views of the sea.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Downstairs there is a semi-basement where there is an area with two double beds and one single bed, a bathroom with a shower, a sauna and a private indoor pool.

The location of this house makes it an idyllic and unique place to spend a happy vacation with your family and friends.
