« After a long wet day in the rail trail; the heat, electric heater (fireplace) and laundry facilities help to escape the wetness of the day. You do not want to ride a bike to the house, the road was horrible. But once was arrived by a shuttle we found in town. The house was just great. »

« Private yet minutes to McHenry and Deep Creek Lake State Park. Plenty of space for relaxing and cooking. Only entrance to living area is from the upper deck. Game room is separate entrance on lower level. Deck is a bonus! Great for eating outside or star-gazing in the evenings. »

« Warm, clean and welcoming. The cabin is in a great location and well placed for local attractions. Heating system us a little noisy during the night but we did have cold weather so it was working extra hard. »

« The cabin was gorgeous and exactly as described/seen in the photographs. We were lucky enough to get snowed in and the host reached out to ensure we were managing. We cooked a lot of meals in the cabin and were impressed with the large array of pots, pans, utensils to choose from. Also, the kids loved the Lego wall! They spent a lot of time in the basement and were happy to have the largest TV in the house to themselves. »

« Love the cozy cabin feel. Disappointed with a few things. Seemed a little pricey. Needs a DEEP clean, found a lot of dirty areas. Mouse droppings in the fold out sofa. Couldn't use it. Various broken things in the house. A curtain rod that was barely on right, fell as soon as we tried to close the curtains. Hot tub was nice but we couldn't find the instructions for it. Overall, it served its purpose. We had fun. For that price though, I would expect it to be a little cleaner and more "put...
