'The hotel is in good shape 👌, the rooms are acceptable and also the beds. Excellent staff very helpful and friendly specially Alexa. Thanks we definitely will comeback again. The only problem is the entertainment ,no tv.'

'The customer services here is 10/10, since the guy at the front desk (friendly and kind) and every single person of the staff. Food was the cherry on the top, it was way better than our expectations, pool bar was amazing too'

'If you’re planning a vacation with your fam I would like to recommend Las veraneras resort but be aware that their Hotel most be amazing but is totally different if you booked online for a “rancho” communication with this type of agencies is terrible also they better improve with the cleanliness. Check in was easy. Besides all that I loved the big pool they have for kids and family we well spent the day at the veraneras resort.
