'Jodie is a friendly, hospitable host. Their family property is a beautiful, comfortable establishment. It is quiet, incredibly clean and well kept. The morning breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for anyone to stay at Craigellachie. If you are wanting an evening meal, go down the hill to the pub. Also delicious and very affordable. 'Zeer gezellig hotel, met een restaurant waar ze heerlijk voedsel serveren, en een geweldige whiskybar. Al het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In het hart van Speyside. Het internet ( zowel datanetwerk als wifi ) zijn er wel zeer zwak, dus moeilijk om met momenten activiteiten of info op te zoeken. '

'Very relaxing stay! It was nice having two bathrooms, too. Note that they are both upstairs in the cottage. Not a problem for us, though. Place was cozy and comfortable. The pub next door closes early so patrons and any noise coming from there ceases early. Bed was comfy, too. '

'We chose this property for its proximity to the Highland Games we were attending. The property looked nice on the website, and we saw that it had a restaurant, but everything about it exceeded our expectations! The room was beautiful (our compliments to the decorator) and we loved the Victorian high tank toilet. Each course of the meal was more amazing than the last, and from the awards on the wall I suppose we should not have been surprised. Our hosts were exceptional and we loved learning...

'Friendly and welcoming staff. Unexpected room upgrade upon arrival which was wonderful. If you want charm in a beautiful Highlands locale along the whisky trail, this is it. Dinner was incredibly delicious in the hotel's dining room. Their chef is out of this world. Bar has every whisky known to man ... kidding of course, but they are well stocked and knowledgeable. We stayed one night and wished we had booked a longer visit. It was meant to be a stop on our way out of a two day drive through...
