'Huge room, comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff and only few steps from the central festival shopping mall. Little bit noisy and they forget cleaning even I requested it. '

'During our stay we had left for a short time to Narathiwat. During that time Hat Yai had severe flooding in the hotel was damaged. They were kind and allowed us to come back to our room to gather our belongings once it was safe. They are always kind and I highly recommend their hotel!'
