'I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. Especially love the marble accents in every corner of the interior. The buffet selection offers quite a variety of delicious options. I will definitely come back here on another occasion.'

'Really nice, modern hotel, very convenient for exploring the city. Room was good, other reviews mention the glass toilet and shower doors from the bedroom but this was of no concern to us. We enjoyed the complimentary dried fruit snacks each day and the ability to store our luggage before check-in and after check out.'

'Goed hotel in centrum van de stad. Vriendelijke mensen, zowel aan de receptie als in restaurant. Voor een klein beetje geld staat je koffer boven. Heerlijke, eerlijke massage genomen tegen laag tarief.'

'Hotel waar het nieuwe vanaf is. Er is een zwembad, schoon, maar zonder verdere faciliteiten. Er werd qua ontbijt niets aanbevolen. Gelukkig zit er een supermarkje tegenover. Hooguit voor 1 nacht op doorreis. Personeel was wel behulpzaam.'

'Location on Chalathat Beach was perfect. Near to beach front, playground, street food zone. Parking was easy. Staff service was impeccable, especially the bell boys. Friendly and warm staffs. Pool zone and water park not overly crowded. Ample sitting areas and love the pool access rooms. Bicycles for hotel guest use without additional charges was awesome, only wished bike conditions were better maintained and installed with bells. Some bikes had broken and non functioning brakes. 'Fantastische lokatie, we zaten direct aan het zwembad en mooie spierwitte strand. Heerlijke strandwandeling kunnen maken. Enige minpuntje was dat het personeel slecht engels kon maar wel hun best deden.'
