'We stayed in Pegasus hotel for a week at the end of April. We had a room with jacuzzi, bathroom, a lounge inside our room and a small patio with chairs. The view from our room was fabelous and we are very happy with the accomodation.
We enjoyed our stay and want to thank all of the employees, especially Theoni and Jack.

'Heel fijn hotel.

'I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. We booked your hotel through Expedia, based on the VIP Access offer, which promised a complimentary bottle of wine and a possible room upgrade. Although we received the wine, we were not upgraded despite the availability of rooms?? The front desk staff informed us that an upgrade was possible, but not for free, which contradicts the Expedia offer. As customers, we are unclear about who is responsible for this...

'Wow. What an amazing place to stay. We had a lovely mini break at Kivotos, the staff were absolutely amazing, the suite was beautiful and the cave pool we had was the cherry on the cake.
The full Kivotos experience was fabulous.
It's situated in an amazing location, close to the best restaurants.
Mavro restaurant on site was also a great experience.
Blu restaurant and Bar, + Five Senses, both are not more than 5 mins walk from kivotos and both were lovely food and atmosphere experiences...
