'Mucha Apartments můžeme vřele doporučit! Jednalo se o opravdu úžasné ubytování, skvělý servis, bohatá snídaně, dokonalé welness. Pobyt v Terchové jsme si díky nádhernému ubytování skvěle užili! Jedná se o moderní a krásně zařízené ubytování, které splní všechna očekávání a mnohem víc. Pan provozní byl ochotný přijet nás ubytovat i přes náš neohlášený pozdní příjezd, byl vřelý a ochotný nám s čímkoli poradit. Opravdu doporučuji Mucha Apartments vyzkoušet!!'

'The hotel is stunning and has very few things to point out. The service was excellent, breakfast on offer way above average continental. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and provided loccitane toiletries were a nice surprise. We were perhaps unlucky as the room/mezonet above our room had noisy guests and creaking floorboards which kept us up most night. We enjoyed the pool one evening, which was also lovely. '

'Nothing special. The room was big and well designed. Good coffee downstairs. However there were inconveniences that made my stay unpleasant. I asked for bottled water because I don't know about the Slovakian tap water. They didn't have any for me down at the reception. Then when the front desk called me they said: i found a bottle, you can come down. The room had 2 AC systems that wouldn't turn off. It was super hot in the room the whole time. 'Recepční nám při příjezdu podala neúplné informace. Chtěli jsme využít wellness, bohužel masáže nebyly možné, protože nemají personál - na celý hotel + veřejnost je jedna filipínka, která masíruje od 14:00-20:00. Takže stihne max. 5 lidí. Z restaurace nás ve 20:33 servírka vyhodila, protože vaří jen do 20:30. Tuto informaci nám nikdo při příjezdu nesdělil. Tak jsme hledali v rozsahu 10 km otevřenou restauraci - bez úspěchu. Ale doporučuji skvělé bistro Domovinka - paní, přestože za 10 min....

'1. A l´accueil, j´ai eu plutot l´impression de déranger 2. J´ai eu une chambre avec deux petits séparés, alors que j´avais bien précisé en réservant qu´il me fallait un grand lit 3. Dans la chambre, il n´y a vais rien (meme pas un chauffe eau ou une bouteille d´eau dans le réfrigérateur) Bref, on se sent plus comme dans une chambre d´internat que dans que dans une dchambre d´hotel qui affiche tres fierement ses 4 étoiles'
