8.0 van 10, Zeer goed, (25 beoordelingen)
'We had a room with a mountain view, which is also the pool view. View was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The room was generally clean, with the exception of stains on the rug, bath mat, and robe. Breakfast was ok, with a decent number of options, but much of it was gone by 9:30am (breakfast ended at 10am) and most of the hot food was only lukewarm. '

'The hotel is awful. The rooms were sparse and in poor condition. We had nails coming out of the wall, bathroom was filthy, the floors are swept not moped, shower was mouldy and dirty. There is no shower curtain so water gets everywhere. The first thing you see is a price list for all the furniture as though you are going to steal the couch. There is rubbish all around the hotel grounds and the swimming pool (that they photograph so much) was green and unusable. Don’t stay here if you need a...

'Everything! Better than expected for the price! Buffet breakfast was excellent, so was my spacious room overlooking the mountains. The staff was second to none and the rooftop bar was the best, especially at around 5.30pm when you have full view of the hot air balloons by the mountains and also above the hotel - that was really cool and inspired me to do a sunset hot air balloon excursion which was awesome.
A little far from town (15 minute walk) but the hotel offers free shuttles to...

'Front desk lady not so kind. did not even greet me when I check in. Maybe she judged me by my appearance. It claimed to be soundproof but not at all. I can hear people talking outside of my room. AC didn’t work too well, air flow was very weak. Bed is clean. '
