« The hotel is well located and offers some nice highlights. Unfortunately, there is a hostel next door that plays loud music at night, which can be disturbing. In general, the rooms are very soundproof-sensitive, and you can hear quite a lot from neighboring rooms.
The rooms themselves are functional and clean but rather small and simply furnished. On the positive side, the pool is excellent and offers a beautiful view, and the rooftop terrace is also wonderful with a great outlook.

« Everything! Better than expected for the price! Buffet breakfast was excellent, so was my spacious room overlooking the mountains. The staff was second to none and the rooftop bar was the best, especially at around 5.30pm when you have full view of the hot air balloons by the mountains and also above the hotel - that was really cool and inspired me to do a sunset hot air balloon excursion which was awesome.
A little far from town (15 minute walk) but the hotel offers free shuttles to...

« Front desk lady not so kind. did not even greet me when I check in. Maybe she judged me by my appearance. It claimed to be soundproof but not at all. I can hear people talking outside of my room. AC didn’t work too well, air flow was very weak. Bed is clean. »
