'Beautiful hotel. Front desk staff wonderful and very accommodating re parking our Tahoe.
Location is wonderful for downtown parks shows and restaurants.
Only complaints are related to fridge which froze all our food and drinks and the coffee machine that didn’t work.'

'Noisy Hotel/Room.
Sounds like shotguns or rifles until 2am/3am. Really thought the noise was coming from outside. Obviously after asking the front desk, this quite peculiar noise was generated by the wind, infiltrating pipes, or something else. So clearly a structural problem in this hotel that is required to be addressed. Not slept a lot and usually quite easy on this.
The bed although was particularly comfortable and the bathroom with all the required amenities. Pity.'

'Prachtig huis, gastvrije eigenaars en personeel, en een lekker ontbijt! Onze kamer lag niet in het huis, maar lag aan de zijkant van de woning. Mooie inrichting, kleine badkamer maar voor de rest prima. '

'I had booked and prepaid for two nights at this hotel through Expedia specifically to attend my 20-year graduation reunion at Queen’s University.
When I arrived at the hotel, instead of being checked into the room I had reserved, I was handed an envelope and told to take it across the street to the Residence Inn, where I was apparently expected to stay instead. This was done without any advance notice or communication whatsoever.
I was told that there had been burst pipes in the building and...
