'All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Paola (front desk), Carlos, Chema, Efrain, Sergio, Daniel and Jesus (beach staff) in particular provided excellent service. Every staff member we encountered exhibited service with a smile. The resort does not have much staff turnover, which is nice. The food in all of the restaurants was very good.
