'It's in a great location, with stores and cafés nearby and easy access. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and loved the staff in the dining room every morning at breakfast. They were very kind and friendly! The staff at reception, not so much. We missed the welcoming smiles as we walked past reception. They made very little eye contact and weren't as accommodating or warm. The water in the shower wasn't that hot, either. 'An excellent hotel for a business or pleasure trip. The staff were amazing, calling me by my name each time and every day. I have never experienced this, so hats off to them.
The only downsides, and I am being picky here, for me were 1. the layout of the bathrooms and 2. the music in the bar/restaurant/breakfast room. I found it a bit too much, especially at breakfast where I would prefer to have a quiet environment, and when you hear the same music for 10 days in the evenings, it gets a bit...
