'Lovely staff, handy to have the shuttle but the traffic is chaos at certain times of day. Had a very early start and the breakfast was welcomed and again very well staffed. The usual comfort level for Holiday Inns, always consistent in my experience. Staff here went above and beyond and the restaurant was also a good addition.'

'Verouderd hotel aan een zeer druk kruispunt van Miraflores gelegen. Service in bar/restaurant was zeer langzaam. Ontbijt behoorlijk, maar weinig tot geen variatie. Kamers zijn groot, maar verouderd. Soms problemen met toilet en/of douche. Kamers worden momenteel gerenoveerd en/of grondig schoongemaakt.'

'Minder goed was het feit dat in Peru de lobby, bar en restaurant geen verwarming hadden. Was erg koud in deze ruimtes waardoor je hier alleen met jas of dik vest kan zitten.'
