'Prime location, comfortable, all you need for cooking & coffee and even has kid friendly dishes. We’d stay there again no question. Being on the beach and pool is a major perk!'

Our Easter weekend at Flip Flops and Pop Tops in Port Aransas was a mix of highs and lows. Finding the condo was a nightmare. It’s in the Beachside complex, but this wasn’t mentioned in our booking. Clearer directions would’ve helped.
Parking was another issue. The designated spots were tiny, and with Easter crowds, the lot was packed with cars and golf carts, making it tough to park.
The condo itself was a highlight. The two-story unit has a spacious living and dining area, decorated with a...

'We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out! The kitchen is nice and has most items needed for a simple meal. A larger cutting board, foil...

'Excellent experience. There was minimal water pressure in the sinks for some reason but the shower was great. Other than that, beautiful property, great secluded location. Highly recommend!'

'This place was an excellent alternative to the flea bag motels in the beach at Port Aransas. It was super clean, easy to get to and beautifully located on the docks. Spencer did a great job getting us checked in and set up.'

'The property was clean, the fixtures and furniture were modern and efficient. The rooms were well appointed with blankets and pillows. The location was great if you like to be in the town to sight see and shop,
The only problem was the single serve Keurig as the only option for brewing coffee. I usually stay at other places and have access to drip and Keurig. The grill outside was rusty and did not appear to be inviting for use.
Other than that everything was great!'

'My family and I had a wonderful time. It is such a beautiful property with quick access to the beach and amenities. We stayed for five days and everything we needed was in close proximity… only thing is I am allergic to cats and dogs and whomever stayed prior must have had a pet because we found lots of animal hair… and some dog food left behind and my allergies were in full flare. Other than that it was a great stay and I would most definitely stay again.'
