'The property is well-kept, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The price is great compared to nearest Balboa Bay Resort. So, it is a great alternative for extremely high-priced Balboa Bay. The only thing I did not like, is that they charge $40 per day for parking, plus another $40 per day as Resort Fees. That's $80 per day on top of hotel rooms. That is too much, and that is what cost them 1 star less than a perfect 5. ... '
