'Central location. Staff phenomenal. Great restaurant and pleasant rooftop restaurant/bar. Service was super slow on the Rooftop both times, it helped that the weather was good. Artwork throughout the property made it unique. Who else serves milk and cookies at 9:00 each night? I would definitely stay there again. '

'Hotel is beautiful but staff were not engaged. Zero concierge. Included breakfast was subpar on most days. Room had a smell and although they tried to address it, it still lingered. We were there for 5 days and there was no offer to move us to a different room. Rooftop was nice. Location is good. Rooms are large but very small closets. New manager seems good but there are underlying staffing issues. Would not recommend. '
