'Wordt aangegeven voor VIP accommodatie. Echter bij aankomst werd de kamer nog gecontroleerd (de 2uur eerder inchecken was dus nooit gelukt), upgrade kregen we een mail de dag ervoor (mocht voor 20 jod per nacht extra), extra laat uitchecken kon pas op de dag zelf worden bekeken. De extra kortingen was ook wat overleg voor nodig om deze alsnog te krijgen. Verder een mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant prima kwaliteit voor een goede prijs. Kamer net, goed bed en ruime/warme...

'Nice modern hotel, luggage is brought to room half an hour after check in, at 10pm only possible to get something to drink or eat by the room service. Ordered a burger and a drink, after 1 hour I haven't received it and obviously the order was canceled. I didn't want to wait any longer because I wanted to sleep. '

'I travel circa 80-100 days per year and this was most probably the most terrible hotel I had so far. Especially the fact that the room was smelling to smoke. After complaining they told me that it was my problem. They had another room that I should pay extra for as it was a 'better' room, so the service was bad. Also the noise in the room is really not okay. Forget about the gym, the machines are not working.'

'We stayed 2 times in the hotel. We had an nice stay. Sometimes there are weddings in the garden till 0000 a clock. Breakfast is ok. The only thing is that the Breakfast staff are very slow. There where like 4 people butt working slow and not looking or somebody needs anything. The housekeeping lady does a great job. Cleaned the room verry good. '

'We loved our stay at AlQasr. The staff were well trained, professional and polite. The breakfast was good with options though the cold cut were kind of old and dry. The kitchen was open for personal style fried eggs if requested. Clean and quiet. Rooms tend to be business hotel style with size and furniture, but clean and comfy bedding. Enough toiletry and towels. Don’t miss the view from the restaurant at top, the menu is great and reasonably priced too. Thank you and for sure will be back! '
