'For a room priced at this level even in high season it lacked both features and amenities. The staff tried very hard but they were limited in what they could do. The one thing it did have going for it was its location which is very good.'

'Nice pool in the basement. They should put a clock on the wall- not everyone brings their phones to a hotel swimming pool.
The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful.
Be sure if intersted in art to visit the very pleasant Portland Museum of Art just around the corner-- a fine small museum, mainly 19th and 20th century American and European, with lots of Maine artists including Winslow Homer and Marsden Hartley.'

'My reservation guaranteed free parking but I was charged for 2 nights parking. When I approached the gentleman at the front desk to help resolve the issue he said because Sheraton utilizes a 3rd party service for parking there was nothing he could do.
He referred me to the parking company to resolve the issue. Leaving it up to the parking company to determine whether I get free parking - doesn't make sense. Sheraton's lazy approach to customer service surprised me for such a respected...

'In tegenstelling tot bepaalde teviews was de kamer uitermate schoon. Iedere dag werd deze schoongemaakt en werden de badhanddoeken vervangen. Het ontbijt was goed met vers fruit en eieren naar keuze. '
