'I was pleasantly surprised that when I arrived at the airport there was a shuttle bus waiting for us to bring us to the airport. Didn't knew it was included.
Friendly staff and as there was no elevator it was very nice that the staff carried our luggage to our room.
Breakfast tasted good and enough options to pick from. The restaurant in general was good and for a good price.
Hotel was very helpful in planning activities although initially something went wrong with the agreed price but...

'We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay. Setting was stunning, with the beautiful beach and sea. 2 lovely pools, free rental for kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were exceptional, especially Acea who worked in the restaurants. Food in the restaurants at night was very nice but breakfast wasnt to my taste. Trees full of fruit bats were a special treat.'

'The Hotel is located on a beautiful island. The beach is incredible. The staff was OK but you ate at the mercy of their time schedule. We had a lot of No’s. The rooms are fair. Could’ve been more clean. The airport drop off is way too early. We spent a long time at the airport with only 1 terminal. It’s unnecessary. The boats to town are 45 min away so be prepared for that. The tours are over priced through the hotel. Very very over priced. 3-4 x the cost outside. Staff was friendly. ...

'An amazing place , spotless clean and well maintained. Have never stayed in this kind of accommodation but really happy I decided to stay there.
Staff super friendly ,always smiling and ready to help.
Will he back inCoron next year and this is my place.

'Had a serious issue when I checked in however the staff worked hard to fix the problem
I the end the out come was satisfactory for me and good work from the reception staff to salvage the situation
