'The Filipino staff are very polite, respectful, and always ready to help. That really stood out and should definitely be kept. It’s also a big plus that guests don’t need to rent kayaks or paddleboards separately - having the fins included adds extra convenience.'

'I was pleasantly surprised that when I arrived at the airport there was a shuttle bus waiting for us to bring us to the airport. Didn't knew it was included.
Friendly staff and as there was no elevator it was very nice that the staff carried our luggage to our room.
Breakfast tasted good and enough options to pick from. The restaurant in general was good and for a good price.
Hotel was very helpful in planning activities although initially something went wrong with the agreed price but...

'The beachhouse is a serene oasis with beautiful seaviews and sunsets, a pretty pool, and a chic boho vibe with natural materials and lots of bamboo and woodworks that show great care for design and sustainability, merging into the natural beauty of the environment. Coming by boat from the seaside (island hopping), you barely see the beachhouse at first, blending into the palm trees that line the shore and the dense greenery of the jungle clad mountain behind. Then it emerges as a tropical oasis...
