'I feel like everybody who worked at this resort wished they worked anywhere else. Never helpful, we asked the front desk for towels or umbrellas or other help and always felt like we were a bother. Basic amenities like a simple bottle of water weren’t available and the gift shop with expensive water closed at 6. Frankly skip this spot'

'As soon as we arrived to the hotel the staff was beyond welcoming — They upgraded our room without asking, the room was beautiful, clean and modern - everyday housekeeping - good amenities with 2 pools the spa was great —-the food was good not the best could be improved but mostly the service was beyond impeccable from front desk to housekeeping everyone was happy and seemed to love their jobs — with any inquiry or modification we had, they went above and beyond - airport shuttle service and...

The hotel is located in an area of grace bay that is easily accessible to small shops, coffee, etc
The amenities are great and the poolside and beach staff are amazing. A shout out to Jameson who made us feel so welcomed, kept our drinks and food flowing and always made sure we were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast was great as well. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Definitely great for families.'

Goede...
