'The resort had nice rooms with good amenities. The check in and out Staff were pretty stiff and seemed not to be enjoying their jobs. No smiles at greetings or check out. The guys who drove us to our room was excellent and friendly. We counted over a 100 steps to carry our bags up to check out and it would of been nice to offer a ride back up the steep incline. The girl who check us out said it wasn't an option.'

'Idk where to start.. but first they advertise being kid friendly and it's not. They have nothing for kids to do so if you don't rent a car do not bring your kids here.. they will be bored. 'Property is old and units need updated. Staff is very poor at communicating and do not want to help guest. They are hateful and rude. The concierge staff is not helpful at all and the Ocean 362 restaurant is poorly staffed. You will find the concierge is the bar tender. The owners need to get better staff! We will not stay here again! Not worth the money.'

'It's such a comfortable hotel, all amenities are there in the room. The kitchen even has a blender. The views are spectacular, the bed very comfortable and the location fantastic. I loved Coki beach and taking day trips to St. John and jost van dyke. Definitely recommend this place.'

'We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! '

'This property is spectacular, the view is the best in the island, and the amenities are great. You get 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with full kitchen, washer dryer, a great balcony and even a terrace. They provide cooler and beach chairs which is very convenient. You have a private grill, and shared infinity pool and hottub overlooking Coral Bay. The drive to the beaches is 10-20 min. Overall a great place to be.'
