'This resort is an absolute gem! The staff are wonderful. This is the first hotel resort I have stayed in where the executive chef comes to your table to personally welcome you and to ask how everything is and if there's anything he can do for you. Johan was amazing and even brought us a cake to say thank you! Staff Members Putri and Jeni in the restaurant, and then Collin in the pool restaurant were marvellous. Zwembad bij hotel was leuk, ligt alleen in de schaduw maar met de warmte van Batam is dat niet heel naar. Eten en drinken bij ontbijt was niet aan ons besteed, veel lokaal eten en het andere was smaakloos.'
