'The class of the hotel seemed to get lower with every step I took. The lobby is old fashioned chique and looks nice (not my preffered style but ok). If you manage to get through the small revolving door with your lugage you still need to manage a few steps/stairs everywhere until you get to the elevator. Very unhandy with luggage. The room I got had not been updated since late 1960's. Ventilation system was unable to get the room cool. Shower was nice and warm for 30 seconds before turning cold...

'I stayed one night to be close to the airport for a morning flight out. The room was very nice and quiet. Spacious, clean, excellent water pressure in the shower, comfy bed and pleasing decor. Hotel is a short walk from a tram stop. In the early evening I took the tram to a very nice mall and did some last minute shopping and had dinner in the food court. Taxi to the was about 10 minutes and cost $22USD. Hotel called for me and they showed up quickly. I do wish the hotel provided a shuttle...

'De nachten waren niet zo rustig door het lawaai van de tram en de bussen. De kamer trillede letterlijk elke keer de tram voorbij reed. Het zou aangenamer geweest moest er gratis drinkwater gegeven worden op de kamer. Wat ik persoonlijk het jammer vond. De rest is oké.'

'Hotel located in a good part of Geneva, close to the central train station. Rooms are okay, not too big but also not very small. Iron board is part of the standard room offering, also free water is included. Bathroom is really outdated and mixing cold and warm water when taking a shower in the bath is something I did not have to do for ages, and hope next time this is fixed and upgraded'

'The property is perfectly located and is situated on a comfortable open square that make you feel safe and gives an upscale appearance for the hotel. It is 1 block away from the Geneva lake bridge and in the middle of the high end shopping and dining district. The hotel definitely feels and looks like a 4 or 5 star accommodation.
