'Top hotel.

'The room was really nice and clean. The walls must’ve been thin because it seem like banging and voices kept us up all night. The only frustrating incident was that during a two night stay our room never got serviced leaving us without toiletries and locating the hotel was a bit difficult as it sits between the children’s hospital and medical center. Other than that we enjoyed our stay'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'First of all, please replace the pillows. Those are the most awful pillows I’ve ever had. The the service was great, however. The shower hose leaks and also in an accessibility room. There should be a thing for the shower head to be higher because the other person may be able to stand the sink in the bathroom handle needs to be tightened or fixed. It leaks. The ceiling fan did not work correctly. I did love the social hour on Wednesday. That was pretty cool. so the only really downfall was the...
