'We did experience one disappointment during our stay — finding mouse droppings in the bathroom. Once we brought it to the hotel’s attention, the staff addressed the issue promptly and ensured the area was cleaned thoroughly.Aside from that, the ocean view, the spacious condo layout, and the in‑room amenities were all excellent. We genuinely enjoyed our time and appreciated the comfort and atmosphere the property provided.'

'The hotel has a great concept and a unique atmosphere. The restaurant, beach access, and outdoor pools were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the property feels outdated and poorly maintained. The biggest issue is the noise. Guest room doors face the indoor atrium with the ice rink, and the sound insulation is extremely poor. Throughout the night, people were shouting, singing, and talking loudly, and it sounded as if they were right outside the room. Although there is a quiet-hours policy after 11 PM,...

'If you have young children, don’t trust the pool lifeguards. They watched several children, including mine struggle in the water and had no interest in helping out. Spoke with management and they could care less. I would highly look elsewhere if you care about the safety of your children! Worst hotel pool experience of our lives!'

'The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The check in lady was beyond unprofessional from the first moment. Everything is super dirty and old. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. Good food and clean court. Otherwise I will never stay there again. Also charged me $25 for early checkin when the expedia email clearly stated the check in times. '
