'Een typische ibis rouge. Eenvoudige maar schone kamer met prima ontbijt. Hotel is niet overal even netjes. Vlekken op muren, krassen in lift, moeilijk sluitend raam. Maar in Corona tijd is het Fin dat de kamer schoon en netjes is. We zoeken dan niet meteen het avontuur op. Standaard maar aankleding mag iets beter'

'Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. chambre agréable mais sans climatisation (néanmoins, gros ventilateur présent dans la chambre) et salle de bain un peu trop petite. Pas d’ascenseur. Bon petit déjeuner frais et complet. Le gros plus de l’hôtel est sa situation proche du centre ville à pied. Le Puy en Velay est une très belle ville ( de jour comme de nuit avec ses spectacles de lumières !) . '

'Un premier contact telephonique laborieux, s'en suit un premier contact physique à la réception avec la même collaboratrice aux réflexions plus valveillantes et anti commerciales les une que les autres . Arrivée dans la chambre, pas de kitchenette comme le confirmait l email de validation/réservation; à la place une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. Bon contact dans l ensemble des autres collaborateurs. '

'I booked inclusive of breakfast and when it came to pay he said that it was not inclusive and that I had to contact you after paying the extra. I disagreed and told him to contact you and that I would pay the 70 euros agreed. He refused became very agressive and threatened me , and then said he would call the police whixh I agreed to . I said again that I would pay the 70 euros which again he refused so I said I would therefore pay nothing so left without paying. It was a very traumatic...
