'The hotel is in a GREAT place. It’s a ten minute walk to the train station and metro, it’s right along the river with beautiful views. If you walk over the bridge you are right next to a huge mall and shopping area. I think the customer service is lacking. The cleaning staff is lazy. I didn’t feel welcome at all and it took forever to check in because they couldn’t find my reservation.
