'As a frequent business traveler, I thought I had seen it all, but this stay surpassed every negative experience I’ve had. Not only was I placed in a room designed for disabled guests without any prior notice, but the internet also did not work throughout my stay, with no communication whatsoever from the staff. As a result, I was unable to complete my work commitments. Given the inconvenience, I asked the staff for a small gesture of understanding by allowing me to check out at 12 p.m. instead...

'Very friendly personnel, nice place, but my room at the motel part was not so nice : only one ridiculously small window that if opened was easily for someone to unlock safety lock at door ( for a single woman travelling made it a bit worrying), not opening the window: made room too hot to sleep. Also that window gave no privacy as it's along the door unless you unroll the blinder and make the room dark. Dinner was very tasty, but it took me 40 min to get a desert served, staff forgot that a...

'Personeel was er nauwelijks. Ontbijt zelf was prima, maar erg ongezellig. Kamer was schoon, maar erg krap. Parkeren was oké.

'Lights outside needed to find your way to your room when arriving in the evening. Some more sign posts needed to find your way around.
Good breakfast, helpful staff, very nice location close to the beach, but far from aby centre, free parking, a very nice big hotel to stay in. Lots of outdoor space for walking or running.'
