'First of all, the location is amazing. Hard to beat. Right by the lake with lake views, a quick walk to the city center and for a swim.
Second, the place was very clean, so I didn’t have to worry where to put my stuff. The rooms were recently renovated I believe, so those looked new and modern. The hallways, breakfast room and lift have more of a timeless vibe though. I think it’s a nice mix. In the breakfast room you can enjoy the sunrise over the lake, so I thought it was really nice. The...

'We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are...

'The location is very convenient to transportation and eating establishments within walking distance.
The check in was all digital and if you have problems there’s not quick access. Was told to make sure the Bluetooth on phone needed to be activated but note that there’s A SECONDARY permission needed within the app. If there a glitch you’re at the mercy of automated replies and hoping someone comes back to you.
Close to a University and the small room layout reminded me of my son’s upgraded...

'The property was conveniently located, but the rooms could have been cleaner. The amount of dish soap provided was quite limited, and when we asked for more so we could leave the property clean, we were told to purchase it ourselves. Overall, the stay was fair for the price we paid.'

'The apartment was clean & nice and quite comfortably spacious - we were 4 adults & 2 kids. Only downsides - nothing open on the weekend nearby, no restaurants or dining options. It was a quiet area. But food options were about a 10 min walk away.
The team shared instructions but were a bit hard to connect with.
The main door key was a but tight and the living room balcony door wouldn’t shut but as it was a weekend it was hard to reach anyone.
Overall nice place, very clean. We appreciated...

Residence Palace for 3 in LuganoCassarate
5.4 van 10, (3 beoordelingen)
'Save up your money and stay somewhere else. Unfortunately the place was not what it looks like in the pictures. Very old and beat up, outdated style, smells, hot, and beware because ants will crawl in, along with some sort of other bugs. The only positive is that the window opens to let in fresh air and there’s an old fan. This was not at all a ‘holiday vacation’ place in any way. Communication was very poor. They stopped responding to our messages right after we complained to them about the...
