'Nice hotel that needs a bit of maintenance. no waste policy, LOVED IT! self service but also self cleaning, i love this friendly restaurant personnel and receptionist relaxing we have loved Chrissy the food was AMAZINGLY GOOD! -the rooms have shower curtains and no doors, even if you try the water goes everywhere -the rooms were not cleaned every day, a bit annoying when you have long hair -sometimes there is a language barrier, so make sure you understand the receptionists well enough...

'The hotel was very well situated in a nice place. First they try to may you pay extra for the airconditionning, which was not mentionned at hotels.com. As I made a reclamation, they accepted it, thank you. Two major disappointing facts: The pool is old and small, not inviting even with very high temperatures outside. The bathroom is very outaged, can remeber my backpack trip to Thailand some 30 years ago. After the shower, you have to go to toilet with swimming gear as water was everywere....

'Very beautiful views atop a mountain overlooking the Mediterranean. The road up is a challenge, for sure. Probably unlike anything else you have driven, but very doable with a little patience. The size of the place it a little tight for a family of 4, but you can make it work. The pool and patio are lovely and the hosts are very kind. '

'Our hosts were outstanding! They had fruit, pastry, liquor and water in fridge for us. The pictures you see online are actually real. You have a million dollar view. Our patio was huge. LOVE IT! 2 senior woman and we felt extremely safe. Our apt was cute, clean, beds comfy and quiet. The apt was fully equipped if you chose to cook. Plenty of restaurants down the hill overlooking the sea. Grocery store nearby. Location was great for sightseeing around Crete. Highly recommend. '
