'Stunning property in a newly restored old house. Beautiful, spacious and well-appointed room. The common areas were comfortable and there was a lovely balcony. The breakfast which was beautifully served on the balcony was beyond compare. Local, fresh, and delicious Cretan treats. Archanes is close to Heraklion and the palace of Knossos and had plenty of dining options. We were in Greece for three weeks and our night at Carpe Diem was probably our best stay. Can’t recommend highly enough. '

'It is a gem located near the old town, 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants, cafeteria in front of the house. Very nice property, very clean, 2 full bedrooms and one small with bunk beds. Full kitchen with all the amenities, really well thought of everything. Even though we didn't cook, only used for making tea, but had everything, plenty of utensils, laundry machine. 'Extraordinaire, sofia est exceptionnelle. Elle nous a permis de rester dans le complexe luxueux vu que notrre vol était a 20h. On se sentait a la maison. On a adoré la piscine et la deco. Le logement est proche de la ville et de l'aeroport sans en subir les conséquences sonores ou autres. Nous reviendrons c est sur !'
