We had an awesome stay at the Grand Ranch. Communication was fantastic, and owners were on site to help with anything. Our cow, Love Bug, was amazing & adorable and we didn't want to leave her. The property itself was well maintained. It was secluded enough that you felt out in the country, yet, a fifteen minute drive to everything you need. Overall, 5 star experience & would highly suggest it for others who are looking for a unique experience.

Amazing stay!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting this kind of experience. The homes and buildings on the property were very well built with guest comfort and enjoyment in mind. All communication was very helpful and understandable and pictures/info were exactly as described. The animals were all very friendly, happy, and well cared for. I was very happy with my stay and would not hesitate to return.

I can not say enough how wonderful this property and the hosts were. Truly all the animals were amazing and social which is sometimes hit or miss since just like everyone else you can get some personalities but you can tell that Brandon and his family truly care about the property AND the animals. The host was so responsive no questions to big or too small and when they weren't available they did what ever they could to help in the mean time. Everything was clean and safe and I am just gushing at this point but if anyone knows how to give more than full marks please let me know.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this VRBO was special. We were greeted with a freshly baked loaf of bread and a sweet thank-you card, which was just one of many little details Brandon has thought out. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was charming and unique.As animal lovers and a family with kids, the experience was a dream come true. The animals on the ranch were so gentle and friendly, and our time with them was the highlight of our trip. Brandon was a fantastic host—so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The entire property offers a much-needed escape from the hustle of city life. We can’t wait to come back!

Delightful!

This tiny home was the perfect place to end our stay in Utah. The home was exactly as described and our cow was a cutie. The scenery was great and so peaceful. The bread left inside the tiny home was AMAZING. I could not stop smiling walking around the property. All of the animals were adorable. We ran into Brandon and he was great to talk to even let my partner feed one of the baby cows. Next time we're in the area, we will be coming back!
