« This is a beautiful property! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the area as well. Lots of fun shopping and dining options nearby. We booked here to be close to our early morning Nāpali coast hike and it was perfect for that, only a 30 minute drive to the trail head.
My only complaint would be the extra daily charges for parking and resort fees which were an additional $35/night.

« The property is well maintained and the staff were attentive. Our key stopped working and they repaired it immediately. The pool area is beautiful just as pictured. However, it was difficult to tell from the pics the layout of the 2 bedroom condo. There’s an upstairs loft w 2 queen beds and No bathroom. Every time you need to use the bathroom you have to go down the steep stairs which was difficult for me at night. Otherwise everything was clean and convenient. There was NO AC. So if that’s an...

« Aging property but this unit has been partially updated. Great location in Princeville and all of the amenities we needed, but the condo is just well worn and could use some TLC. »

« This place was great. My only complaint is that the dryer does not work. Everything else was absolutely great. We stayed as a family if 6 with two young adult children and two teens and we all had plenty of space. »

« Overall the stay was good. We spent 8 days and went to many of the sights and beaches. The walk down to the beach onsite is a little steep just stay to the right on the way down. The kitchen was serviceable and we used it a lot. The place Comfortably sleeps 4 with two open sleeping quarters. The sofa / TV area was nice and the lanai was nice. A few maintenance items in the unit that need attention and the unit is somewhat dated but does the job. »

« Great for watching waves and whales (and chickens). While the location is nice, and the building is in good repair, we found the furniture uncomfortable to sit in. New cushions would improve the ability to enjoy the place. »
