'Er werd verbouwd voor ons appartement. Dit was niet gemeld van te voren. We mochten echter gebruik maken van de twee andere zwembaden van het El Faro hotel en dat was super opgelost. Al het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben daardoor echt genoten van ons verblijf. '

'The property is very quaint, the rooms are large and fit our family of 6 just fine. The staff is great, the pool is amazing, and the views of the beautiful trees and wildlife were top notch. Each day a family of macaws would fly over the hotel while we were eating breakfast, it was breathtakingly beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel. '

'This property has amazing potential! I was literally the only guest there and not notified that they were about to start a long-needed renovation. Still, I was treated with 5-star hospitality. Luciane made me a wonderful breakfast and there was a voucher for use at the lovely restaurant, El Arado, a short walk up the road. Large, clean pool. The rooms are organized into duplex cabanas on a hillside so fair warning to guests with mobility issues. Can’t wait to see what they do with the place! '

'This is a really nice place. The directions on Expedia stated check-in was required before 6 p.m. the staff was very flexible for our 8:30 p.m. check-in. The place was a little hard to find and required a 4x4 to get up a big hill. The property staff escorted us, which was extremely helpful. I would recommend this place if you want an adventure.'
