'It was very shabby and it smelt bad. It is conveniently situated for the centre of Clacton but it was very noisy and so I didn't sleep well. There was very little space in the bathroom. They don't do breakfasts so I had to schlep round town in the heat trying to find somewhere. On a positive note the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in.'

'The caravan wasn’t too great to stay in as there was a musky smell and the sofa and carpet could do with a clean, there was no baking trays or grill to cook on. The fire didn’t work and the heating didn’t come on regularly. Tried to get in contact with the owner by sending a text and left a voicemail on their phone but got no response from them. There was nothing open on the site which we didn’t know about. I think it’s overpriced for nothing to do there.'

'The room is right next door to a full on student night club luckily for me I can sleep through anything but if you can't I do not advise this place as you won't be sleeping at until gone 4am.
