'We loved our experience! The family that runs the property is so kind and so helpful. The meals they prepared were wonderful. The views from the rooms were great and even though it got cold at night, the beds had plenty of blankets and there was a portable gas heater in the room so we slept very comfortably. If you want a true Lake Titikaka experience, I highly recommend this resort/lodging experience.'

'My stay was ok. No complaints. Only complaint I have is that young man who showed me the room, didn’t even ask to carry my bags. Even he went to the upstairs to my room with me.
I carried them.'

'The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning.
We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. '

'Prima hotel, aardig personeel.
Niet altijd warm water, dat moet je “aanvragen “ bij de receptie. Maar dat is een algemeen probleem in Peru dus niet persee van dit hotel.'

'⚠️NEVER STAY HERE! A DISHONEST SCAM⚠️
DO NOT BOOK.
This was the worst experience of my life.
The hosts are professional liars, unreasonable, and have zero hospitality.
They show no remorse and have no intention of improving.
Stranded in the Cold: We agreed to meet at 15:55 at the port because I had no internet.
I arrived at 14:30 to be safe, but they never showed up.
I waited in the freezing cold for over 2.5 hours.
They sent a message saying "Contact us when you arrive"—a complete insult...

'The visit here was so relaxing. It was quiet and just being on the water was refreshing. Felix is a wonderful host. He kindly took us around the area, pointing out places and discussing history and culture with us. We learned a lot. He also showed us an amazing collection of reed birds and gave us a really informative lesson in nature.'

'We had a one-night stay here at the end of our trip, and were welcomed by the kindest, most helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable room! The neighbourhood might not look like much, but is actually close to Puno’s two main squares, with great bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.'
