« We had a great stay! The location was ideal, and the property was very clean. »

« Overall excellent experience with this host. Hiccup at check in with gate codes no longer being used at this property and needed a QR Code from security - would have been helpful to have this communicated prior to arrival. After a couple phone calls, property management was helpful in addressing the issue. We did get moved (last minute) to a different unit on the same property as the booked unit was under construction so I can’t comment specifically on this unit. »

« Loved our stay here!! Very easy check in great location very short walk to the beach plenty of parking house was very spacious and clean. Would be great too for a family with kids. Maybe book for family reunion here for next year!! »

« The property is impressive and when you look at the large windows onto the beach and water, you will fall in love. The house is spacious with many rooms spread over several floors. The master suite is huge and like a resort all on its own. The pool is a bit smaller than it seems in photos, but makes for a great spot to dunk and beat the heat. The courtyard between the main house and the carriage house makes a great gathering place and the numerous balconies and porches gave us plenty of outdoor...

« Rented the property to attend a wedding we shared the property with several families and the set up was amazing with the number of people it slept. Ther property was clean and well maintained. the only slight issue is with the property sleeping 20 parking was very tight, but we managed fine. »

« Great house! Well stocked kitchen with spices which is a rare find in rentals. Comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of pillows. Great location to walk everywhere and close to the tram pick up spot. Would def stay here again with a big group. »

« We had girls' trip, and the house was amazing! Everyone loved it and plenty of beautiful rooms. Our private chef for a special dinner loved the kitchen The location was great. Walking distance to many things including the beach, shopping and bike rentals! »

« We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Having the additional half baths worked out well too. The golf cart was great to carry stuff to the beach or go grab a bite to eat. Part of our group enjoyed the bikes. We would stay again or recommend it to friends or family. »

« If i could give this house 10 stars I would. This house is Beautiful it’s completely stocked with anything you may need while on Vacation & It’s conveniently located across from the beach access! The property manager was quick to answer my questions and made everything go smoothly! »

« We loved the walkability of the area. The studio itself was beautifully appointed. The studio was immaculate and we loved that! The tram service was dependable and necessary. The beach was lovely, but crowded which surprised us! Restaurants were fabulous and walkable! We highly recommend a stay!!! »

« This was the perfect stay for four moms and daughters. The top floor was excellent to give our four teenagers their own space. Communication was always within an hour - often times within five minutes. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and dinnerware.Side note: this property does not have any oils/spices, so make sure you grab some if you’re cooking. Publix is a five minute golf cart ride away!Six bikes in excellent condition, golf cart provided....

« Cannot recommend this property enough! It was tucked back in a little gated neighborhood and was absolutely perfect! The golf cart and bikes were great to have. Beach access is a little far away and wasn’t extremely convenient to get to but still easily accessible. It was less than a mile away from the Publix, which was also super convenient. Would 10 out of 10 recommend and will absolutely be coming back. »
