'We had booked a smaller suite for a birthday and were very happy on check in to be bumped up to one of the larger corner suites. It was a beautiful room, spacious, very clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered throughout our stay in the whole property were very kind, pleasant and helpful. The food at the restaurants was also very good. 'Honestly one of THE BEST hotels we have ever stayed at. Way better than Chateau Montebello or Laurier. It's a little akward for unloading but the street is wide enough that you don't block traffic to unload right at the front door. The two young men at the desk were friendly and even came outside to show us how to get to the paid parking lots.
