'Communication with the property is easy and good. The owner is always available and kind. We got a free bottle of water, coffee, tea and wines. We can borrow umbrellas for a day out. The location is beautiful and nice, in the middle of the island and with good beaches around. The bathroom and furniture (not renovated yet) need attention.'

'We had a great stay. Nice, big room which is cleaned daily, large shower, airconditioning in both living and bed room. Nice pool, good location in a nice little town with some good tavernas, and good for exploring the northern part of the island. Owner is very friendly and helpful. '

'We had a great stay at this beautiful family run complex. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable for a family of 4. Good air condition and amenities. Location was also great, only a short stroll to the harbour front where restaurants and bars are plentiful. Agia Efimia is a really pretty town and a great place for exploring the surrounding area of Kefalonia. All in all a very good experience and would definitely stay again. '

'Dusty room, we kept the window open the whole day to bring in some fresh air. The lobby and breakfast area are nice although small but in the room itself it looked like time had stood still for 30 years. The only thing that changed was the shower head which no longer fitted in the stand so you had to hold it while the moldy shower curtain stuck to your behind.'

Rooms are basic but comfortable - which is reflected in the star rating/room rate, they are spotlessly cleaned everyday and have everything you need including air conditioning (included in the price). Pool was great - especially with an ice cold Mythos from the pool bar! Great...

'We would recommend Rodi Studios as the overall service / amenities were excellent! The owner / staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were absolutely spotless and we could not fault anything. The pool area had a fantastic view and the quality of the pool was first class!
