'Just back from a lovely break at Elm Grove in Tenby. The house is set in beautiful grounds with horses in the field opposite and there are plenty of seats to relax and unwind in around the house. We stayed in a twin room which was very spacious and spotlessly clean with luxurious furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and beautifully made with amazing bedding and pillows. 'Food is excellent and beds are very comfy. It's old-fashioned in that it's a conversion of an older building, so windows are single-glazed and the doors open with actual keys. But the rooms have everything you'd expect from a professionally run establishment. Staff are all friendly and professional though you sometimes have to seek them out – hardly surprising as there are only six rooms so they can't have someone permanently on duty.'

'The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). 'Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach.
