Nadelen zijn de schone maar kleine kamers (9m2) en het al maandenlange lawaai naast en tegenover het hotel als gevolg van de activiteiten mbt de presidentsverkiezingen in september. Hotel is brand new, located in the middle of a new build area, new construction going on in the direct area of the hotel, NO nuisance during my stay!! 'I stayed for a week during a conference. The hotel staff is exceptionally hospitable. I got the feeling that they genuinely care. They helped arrange a diving trip and book taxies. Airport pickup, laundry service, and breakfast were all satisfactory. The room was basic but clean and functional. The location is great too: close to the fish market and there were plenty of stores around. I highly recommend this place. '
