Overall, we had a good stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino. The property is beautiful, the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. We also had dinner at the coffee shop café, which was very good. We tried the Japanese restaurant as well. While the ambiance was elegant and the service was excellent, we felt the food did not meet our expectations given the price. The only disappointing part of our stay was the condition of some of the room amenities. The comb provided in the room appeared to have been previously used, as it had hair in it despite being sealed in Zuri-branded packaging. That was unexpected and raised concerns about hygiene. Similarly, the slippers appeared dirty upon opening even though they were packaged to look new. I hope the hotel reviews its housekeeping and amenity packaging process, as this did not match the otherwise high standards of the resort. Despite these concerns, we appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff, which made our stay enjoyable overall.

Omgeven door strand rijstvelden en palmbomen, oase van beauty en rust, dichtstbijzijnde commercieel centrum bevindt zich op 15' strandwandeling van hotel, prachtige ruime praktische kamers, superlekker eten.... niet prijzig, vriendelijk personeel die zich uit de naad werkt om gasten naar hun zin te maken, kortom ... volgend jaar gaan we terug.

The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items. The property location is very serene and has a private beach access.

Badkamer was niet schoon. We hebben na melding een andere kamer gekregen. De herentoilet bij restaurant Saffron was niet schoon. Veel herrie in de lobby van muziek tijdens lunch/diner. Te luid en akoestisch ontzettend slecht geluid. Past niet in zo’n prachtig hotel. Locatie is prima, direct aan het strand.
