Noordwest-Indiana: Strandvakanties

Got a message that morning noting that check-in was from 4-9pm. Called around 5pm, spoke to the front desk noting that myself and my employees traveling with me will be checking in later than the 9pm. She reviewed the reservations and said we were plenty fine for the later check-in and had until 3am. Proceeded to arrive around midnight to find out that at 9:01 anyone not checked in was removed and they had already resold the rooms. The night manager told us that we were not the only ones and there were >20 people that this happened to, but he could do nothing about it. Referenced us to "a couple other hotels nearly you could try." Only nice part was the Lobby we were stuck in for 30 minutes trying to find a new hotel at 12:30 in the morning. Was at least nice of them to not kick us to the curb. If I could give a hotel less than one star I would. I now have to dispute the charges since they had the audacity to still charge all three rooms.
