Check in was on a virtual meeting. The attendant said that the room we reserved was not available, so they would give us a different room. When we went to the room we were given, it was filthy. There were dirty towels and trash laying all over the bathroom, the beds were unmade and dirty, and the lights in the room didn't work. The floors were dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned in a long time. I didn't stay to check any other details, but the room had a musty smell and the hallway to the room was also dirty. We went immediately back to the lobby to request a refund and explain the condition of the room. The attendant refused to issue a refund. We ended up leaving the property without staying; we literally slept in our car instead of at this hotel. We will dispute the charges with our bank to receive a refund. I would give this property a zero out of five if I could.
