Very great appartement. In The heart of The city, Highly recommend.

We moesten erg lang wachten bij het inchecken en veel dingen waren voor het personeel aan de balie niet duidelijk, terwijl van te voren was aangegeven wie op welke kamer verbleef en ook hoeveel nachten

Very nice and clean room (Luxe Suite) with enough space, we enjoyed it a lot. Very nice view on the sea, direct access to the sea through stairs (there is no sandy beach) and there is even a spot were you can jump of a rock into the sea. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Some pools are 18 - Covid measures are not followed at all: no masks (they are worn all the time on the chin allone...), the desinfecting gel is empty all the time. Even at the restaurant/breakfast staff doesn't were their masks correct (only on the chin), everyone is using the breakfast buffet without desinfecting hands and no one cares that masks aren't worn by the hotel guests at the buffet... - The breakfast is really not good. Cheese and spreads are sweaty and not cooled enough. There was even mold in one piece of cheese we took... The eggs are not good and they swim in oil. Bacon is barely baked. The coffee machine wasn't working all the time: no coffee, no milk, no cups... Juices are industrial, not fresh. Little choice of bread and all very soft. Crowded. Little table service. - Half board (we only used one night) was disappointing, nothing like for a 5-star hotel... We had to wait really long for our dinner and in between the courses, they forgot the bread, the wine was warm... - Swimming pool area could really be cleaner. --> Very nice and clean room, nice location at the sea, friendly staff. Fantastische accomodatie op een toplocatie. Werkelijk een uitstekende servicegraad. Letterlijk ieder stafflid is attent, vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam. Complimenten. Ik kan geen enkel verbeterpunt noemen. Prijs-kwaliteit is in verhouding met hetgeen wordt geboden. Ik kan dit hotel zondermeer aanraden

Mooie ruime suites (zeezicht) met geweldig uitzicht. Ligt op het zuiden dus de hele dag zon. Prima restaurant (zowel ontbijt als diner).
