The hotel itself is so beautiful with amazing architecture and setup. The location adds to the charm as it is up on a hill (~370 MOH) and gives such exquisite panoramic views of the city in day and night. We were in awe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing, enough space to walk around and open bags/suitcases. It was quite comfortable with a smart TV, couch, table, water kettle and coffee/tea. A good bathroom as well with stocked up shampoo, conditioner, etc. Enough storage space and a locker to keep your valuables. We were lucky to get our room since it was facing the city, so we could have beautiful panoramic views from our room (and small balcony) on the third floor. I would definitely like to visit this hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family. The only "challenge" would be the accessibility to the hotel from public transport. There is a metro station 10 mins away (downhill from the hotel) but since it a steep climb up the hill (to the hotel), it can be quite exhausting and unsuitable for people with limited mobility etc. The hotel could consider setting up some e-bikes/cycles or a shuttle service between hotel and metro station since majority of the passengers from the metro walk up to the hotel. It could be a paid service if needed.
